We are particularly fussy about our coffee beans and believe that purchasing a cheaper bean to save a few pounds is a false economy. We will never compromise on quality. Our Coffee Car blend can be enjoyed as an espresso whilst also having enough strength to pull through the milk in the Lattes and Cappuccinos. It has been developed by a roastery in North England and has proved to be hugely popular. It is a medium to dark roast which works very well especially in lattes. We have used beans from Brazil, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia and think we have found the ultimate with our current blend.
La Maison Du Café uses a different blend. We wanted an easy to drink blend with a smooth taste with plenty of high end notes. We are confident that the blend we have developed is one of the best. |
